The session went on by addressing the various topics like: Project management, Critical path, Program evaluation review technique(PERT), Critical path method(CPM), Shortest operation time(SOT Rule), Earliest due date(EDD Rule), Slack or remaining operations(ST/RD Rule), Work breakdown structure(WBS).
