Thangavelu Engineering College organized Student’s Technical Symposia TEKZONE’16 on 10th September 2016. That day enlighten us with pleasant and memorable moments. The session comprised of forenoon and afternoon which was held from 9:00am till 4:00pm. Report: Thangavelu Engineering College Conducted Students Technical SymposiaTEKZONE’16 on 10th September 2016 in the college premises.Being talent is hidden everywhere, providing a platform to equip is very necessary and essential. This Technical symposia is organized exclusively for the students of Thangavelu Engineering College to provide a platform to bring out their innovate talents and to bring the students together to interact and share their innovative ideas, knowledge and to highlight new concepts in technology. It also aims at eliminating the stage fright and improving their communication and presentation skills.Since year 1995, Thangavelu Engineering College has been providing such an important platform by organizing Students Technical Symposia. The invocation began and was enlightened with Tamil Thai Vaalthu . A welcome address was delivered by Mr.P.Sachidanadhan, HOD/ Civil Dept. Opening report was presented by Mr.S. Bakthavachalu, Final Year Student, Department of EEE. Followed by which ,special address was delivered by our esteemed Principal Dr. K.Dhinesh Kumar about creativity ,sincerity and hard work. The innovations, creativity and ability of students were driven out by the release of E-Souvenir. The inaugural address was delivered by our chief guest Mr.C.K.Mohan, Vice President, TANSTIA, who made our event memorable and guided students about the Job Opportunities available in various fields.. The Inauguration came to a finish with a vote of thanks. The fantabulous response from 453 students , had registered their names as an individual and also as a group. A tremendous collections of about 264 papers in which eminent team of faculty reviewed and selected the best 86 papers for paper presentation session. Students from various department of TEC presented papers about the latest technology inventions. Innovating minds and speaking potentiality was brought out by students and benefited other individuals to gain knowledge. Events were conducted in the afternoon session which brought sparkling minds of students and interactions. Thus, the symposia ended with valedictory address, Prize Distribution by Chief Guest Shri.Venkatesa Prasad Neelamegam and the closing report was presented by Mr.A.Vishnu, Second Year ,Mechanical. The Programme ended by National Anthem.
